Teresa Hespen is the Client Service Manager; she has been with the agency for 14 years, and prior to joining the agency she worked at the Ameritas Corporate office in Lincoln for 19 years where she worked in the Licensing/Registration department, Claims department and the Records Center.  During her time at the corporate office she received the designation ACS (Associate, Customer Service) and she completed several of the LOMA courses which she was awarded the Level 1 Fundamentals of Life and Health Insurance certificate.   Teresa has been married for 41 years to Lyle and have three beautiful daughters (Bridget, Amber and Tracey), which have blessed them with 2 grandchildren.   She loves to spend her free time going to all the sports and 4H activities that her grandchildren are involved in.
