​Ken is life-long Nebraska resident and a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln. With his wife Michelle, they have experienced the joy of raising 3 beautiful children and they are approaching the empty nest with only a High School Senior left to take flight.   Like many Nebraskans, Ken has developed a discipline for hard work, conservative values and attention to detail. Beginning in 1992, Ken started his financial services career with a local bank and quickly moved into a trust department with an emphasis in investment management, employee benefit administration and client education.  

Ken has received the designation of Investment Advisor Representative and is registered with FINRA completing the series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He also holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Educator (CFE). Ken is an independent insurance agent registered with the State of Nebraska Department of Insurance holding his life and health insurance licenses. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for the University of Nebraska Lincoln, College of Business – Finance Department teaching Personal Finance and Retirement Planning courses. He is very passionate about education and giving back through volunteerism. Ken values the art of listening to gain understanding. His focus is on serving clients where they are at in their financial journey with unbiased strategies tailored to meet their unique needs with solid financial fundamentals.
